    "content": "If you look at a sector like veterinary services where most of our farmers require services on their farms especially with their cattle, they can hardly get services because there are no technical staff to serve our people at the farms. So, our people then end up travelling back to the county headquarters to look for services that would have otherwise been devolved. I support this and we call upon the counties to employ technical staff in the different sectors that they have in the country, so that our people can get the required services. I support."
