    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity to also make my comments on this important Motion. The position of the Director-General of the CAK is a high profile because it looks at the competitive behaviour in our economy and takes necessary actions based on law. We have many instances of unfair competition in our economy. I hope that the CAK under the new leadership of Mr. David Kibet Kemei will be in a position to deal with. Competition is important, but unfair competition also has effects on the economy. I would like to encourage the CAK to try and scan around to establish sectors that have instances of unfair competition and deal with them, so that they are also open to others. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I know that during the previous session, the National Assembly and the Senate looked at the issue of unfair competition in the telecommunications sector and made recommendations on what needed to be done.
