    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Committee on Health regarding the operation and management of Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kisii. There have been numerous reports and allegations indicating mismanagement and systemic failures at Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital, which if not addressed, could have dire consequences for the management and eventual health care providing services to the residents of Kisii.
