I welcome you here and wish you well. We have the confidence that you will add value to the Ministry that you have gone to and enable this country to move forward from where it is. Hon. Cabinet Secretary, have you put in place any mechanism to conduct an audit of the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) - which was purportedly wound up yesterday - in order to account to the people of Kenya who have been putting funds there?
