He has said that the 291 Members who had signed the Motion had interacted with it. It is true that the 50 or so who have not signed may not have interacted with it. Just to inform the Hon. Member for Starehe, indeed, the Clerk's Office is in the process of now translating the Motion in Swahili so that you may read and understand. The only language we may not be able to translate to is vernacular, but both the Motion and the Questionnaire will be uploaded in Swahili. Therefore, it will be very easy for the Member for Starehe to read and understand the Motion. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
