    "content": "equip P1 teachers with the required pedagogical skills to implement CBC at the primary school level. Once those teachers are employed, they are posted to public primary schools. In view of the upgrading programme and the ongoing certification by Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC), the Commission will commence the review of its career progression guidelines for purposes of grading such teachers. This particular statement does not indicate when those teachers will be paid for the opportunities forgone. It has just indicated that they will look at the career progression guidelines for purposes of the upgrading of the teachers.
