    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for the opportunity to move this Motion. This is a historical moment and therefore, with your permission and that of the Hon. Members, allow me to proceed to give notice of the following Motion. Hon. Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Special Motion: THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Article 150 (1) (b) and (2), Article 145 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 as read together with Standing Orders 64 and 65, this honourable House resolves to remove from office, by way of impeachment, His Excellency Rigathi Gachagua, EGH, the current Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya."
