    "content": "It will be remembered that at this stage of moving the Motion, the law requires that the Motion should be supported by one-third, which translates to about 117 Members. However, we have 291 Members. I, therefore, wish to thank my colleagues and Members of Parliament for supporting this Motion to over 83 per cent, way beyond the threshold of two-thirds, which is 67 per cent that is required at the next stage of voting for this Motion. There are times when we used to say this is an open and shut case. As a requirement of our Standing Orders, please allow me to read the names of the Members who signed in support of this Motion."
