David Maraga, pronounced himself in the following words: ‘‘The greatness of any nation lies in its fidelity to the Constitution and adherence to the rule of law, and above all, respect to God.’’ It is this persuasion that has made me to bring this Motion of Impeachment against the person of the Deputy President, His Excellency, Rigathi Gachagua.
