Members, I will address those points raised later in the day. I direct members of the House Business Committee (HBC) to retreat to Room 9 so that we can have a meeting to address the process of disposing of this Motion in the shortest time possible, so that we do not maintain anxiety unnecessarily, and the issues that you have raised about public participation and other things. After the HBC meeting, the Speaker will come back to the House at about 5.00 p.m. and give you direction on what we shall do from here going forward. I will now direct the Deputy Speaker to come and take the Chair, so that members of HBC—Hon. Junet and your team—can all troop to Room 9 for a meeting immediately."
