Chairman of this Committee has submitted a report in the House which does not reflect the views of the Committee Members. Will I be in order to demand that the Chairman of the Committee tables the minutes of the Committee and a list of Hon. Members who have signed for the adoption of that Report? That is the only way we can clear the air."
