If the Ministry wants to make a statement, it should not make reference to the discussions before the Committee. Once the Ministry mentions issues that are being discussed before the Committee, it becomes our discussion as well. You have mentioned all the things that the Ministry officials said before the Committee. Therefore, you are including the Committee in the Ministry’s statement and yet, we have not completed our deliberations. You are giving the impression that the Committee agrees with the Ministry’s statement. On that, there is nothing to withdraw and apologise."
