    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. We do not have an IEBC that we can give these particulars. I recollect being told at the Liaison Committee that I should be making a Statement regarding the progress we are making to constitute IEBC. I confirm that the process is ongoing, but I need to give a better Statement tomorrow after I have collected all the facts. We were just from a litigation on the Selection Panel, but it is over in terms of the interim order that was enforced. We expect the President to gazette this Selection Panel which will sit within the given timelines set by this House to constitute IEBC. Once it is in office, we can start answering such pertinent questions as regards delimitation and other issues."
