    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am sure Mr. C. Kilonzo is alive to the Kenyan political scenario. There is an issue which is still pending in this House. This is determining the Leader of Government Business and the Chairman of the House Business Committee. The Speaker made a ruling that we are all aware of in this House. I would like to say that consultations are still going on between the Principals so that this matter can be put to an end and a decision as to who should be the Leader of Government Business and Chairman of the House Business Committee made. Mr. Speaker, Sir, at this stage, we really want to congratulate you for holding fort appropriately during this time of uncertainty."
