    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government should stand corrected. In fact, you did allow the Prime Minister to issue the Statement and today was supposed to be the day for seeking clarifications. I have some clarifications to seek but he is not there. So we cannot proceed on that. So, the best way forward is to rule that those clarifications be brought when he is around, but the Statement was actually issued."
