    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the issue that Mr. Bahari posed is about the mobility of pastoralists. Due to the current drought conditions, pastoralists have moved far and wide to neighbouring countries such as Ethiopia, Uganda and Somalia, among other countries. My constituency is as large as three provinces put together. It stretches over almost 40,000 square kilometres. My people are widely spread. What will the Minister do to ensure that all these people are enumerated?"
