    "content": "To address climate change, the ministry has developed the National Climate Change Action Plan III. It was launched by President William Ruto during the inaugural First African Climate Summit held in Nairobi in September 2023. Our president the current Chairman of African Climate Heads of State and Government. There is a coordinated implementation of the national plan amongst various related ministries, agencies and the county governments. For example, the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development is implementing Climate Smart Agriculture and other adaptation strategies to enhance water conservation."
