    "content": "We also actually went on to explain why we proposed a deletion to the proposed Clause 3, which we propose to amend Section 2, and we are carrying on a deletion. Our reasons are that, in fact, the contract of the Chairperson is protected in law and will serve for the balance of his term, and thereafter, that clause would be spent. It would remain dead letter law in our statutes. With that, we are saying the two proposed amendments are timely, save that we have to make a further amendment by deleting one proposal and carrying the other proposal to the next level, the Committee of the whole House."
