    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a pilot project and we have tried as much as possible to cover most of the country. We are in 44 districts. Whereas I appreciate and empathize with the issue of the Mau Mau war veterans, I would like to point out that they are not the only ones who are 65 years and above and suffering because they are not accessing this money. The other Kenyans also deserve it just as much. I think this is a very good programme. Please, let us not kill it. The only thing I am asking my colleagues here is to help us to make sure that we have more funds allocated towards this programme."
