    "content": "Article 129 is about the principles of executive authority. We have said that the Deputy President has breached Article 129(2) which states that the executive authority shall be exercised in a manner that is compatible with the principles of service to the people of Kenya, and for their wellbeing and benefits. In conclusion on this particular ground, we have alleged that the Deputy President has breached Article 147. This Article is about the functions of the Deputy President. It provides that the Deputy President shall be the principal assistant of the President and shall deputise for the President in the execution of the President's functions. Article 131 provides for the authority of the President and 131(2) provides that the President shall respect, uphold and safeguard this Constitution; and promote and enhance the unity of the nation."
