Speaker, in the interest of time, I have 14 other videos where the Deputy President has been recorded speaking in different parts of the country; saying that Kenya is a company which belongs to shareholders. I am not the one who made that clip. The person who is talking in it is none other than the Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya. The Office of the Deputy President is a national office. The territory of the Republic of Kenya is defined in the Constitution and is known. The ethnic communities of this Republic are supposed to enjoy equal benefits from the Government. Therefore, I am inviting Hon. Members to find that the Deputy President has breached all the Articles of the Constitution as contained in this ground.
