    "content": "I do not think it is shame as such. It is their right and they can express it. I wish to report that based on all that, over 200,000 responses were received. Now, 65.1 per cent supported the Motion, 33.81 per cent opposed the Motion, and 1.09 per cent offered neutral or other alternative views. Some of the Members while contributing alluded to some of those alternative views. I heard the speaker before me talking about Kenya having very many pressing issues. Indeed, it is true that Kenya has many pressing issues. As a House, we are already seized of those issues and are already dealing with some of them.
