    "content": "Article 150 of the Constitution gives three grounds. The third ground is gross misconduct. I have looked at the Constitution and there is no definition of gross misconduct. I have looked at our laws and there is no definition of gross misconduct. The Black’s Law Dictionary defines gross misconduct as dereliction of duty and unlawful or improper behaviour. On that account alone, virtually every ground stipulated here would amount to gross misconduct."
