    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to state that we, on this side of the House, will support this Procedural Motion. I would like to reiterate the fact that it is a beautiful innovation that we have put in the new Standing Orders. We support the Mover of this Procedural Motion, save for the one correction that it is not all of us who will speak for ten minutes. In fact, it is only five minutes that are given to us. This means that for three day, as many of us who will be interested will contribute for five minutes each. We will deal with the Budget Speech within three days and not seven days. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we support this Procedural Motion. We should pass it."
