    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I want to thank the Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs for being in the House today to answer these questions. I also wanted to piggyback on Sen. Sifuna's Question on the efficiency of staffing and particularly narrow it down to legal services. Looking at the USA, having studied and lived there for over eight years and having ties with the Kenyans in the diaspora, there are a lot of challenges our people face with regards to legal representation.
