    "content": "I do not know where Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale has disappeared to. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have listened to what Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale said. This is a House of records. Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale has, for all intents and purposes, failed us on that matter of impeachment. If I can remember, Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale undertook to bring to this House an Impeachment Bill, so that we are no longer at the mercy of the Speaker in determining how long an impeachment should take.
