    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT Clause 3 of the Bill be amended— (a) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately before the existing paragraph (a)- (aa) (i) deleting subsection 1(d) (ii) inserting the following new subsection immediately after subsection (1h)- (ha) one person elected by the Independent Producers Association of Kenya. (b) in paragraph (a), in the proposed new subsection (2) by inserting the expression “(ha)” immediately after the expression “(g) and (h)”; (c) in paragraph (b) in the proposed new subsection (3) by inserting the expression “ha” immediately after the expression “(g) and (h)”.
