    "content": "(5) The tea levy collected under subsection (2) shall be apportioned as follows— a) sixty per centum shall be applied by the Board in the furtherance or exercise of the functions or powers of the Board; and b) forty per centum shall be remitted directly to the Tea Research Foundation for execution of the functions of the Foundation."
