    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT Clause 2 of the Bill be amended — (a) in paragraph (b) by deleting the word “enterprise” appearing immediately after the words “Special Economic Zone” in the definition of the term “import”; (b) in paragraph (e) – (i) in the definition of the term “direct sales” by inserting the words “or its management agent” immediately after the words “between a factory”; (ii) by deleting the definition of the term “direct sales overseas”; in the definition of the term “tea factory limited company” by inserting the words “or medium scale tea growers” immediately after the words “scale tea growers”."
