    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move THAT, Clause 12 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (d)— (da) ensure that all national referral health facilities that offer maternal healthcare designate resources within the respective facility for provision of physical and mental healthcare to women who have lost children through stillbirth or during delivery; (db) facilitate the provision of mental healthcare to maternal women in national referral health facilities."
