    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we see the Government battling hawkers everyday while pretending that it is creating jobs. When hawkers and mechanics find jobs for themselves, you break their legs and kill them and then claim that you will create jobs. As a measure of social justice, if you want a large group which is trying to eke out a living to move, you must provide an alternative. That is what a responsible Government does. Hon. Members must refuse to be made to go to war among themselves because of failure by the Government. We should be joining together to support this Motion, with a rider that the Government must immediately move to set aside land to resettle the people in Mau. If the Government has an issue with an individual or two in Mau, that can be settled by the court. The majority of people are ordinary Kenyans."
