    "content": "I know that the Prime Minister formed a taskforce. He is the co-ordinator of Government. He formed a committee involving the leadership. I am sure that there is a recommendation and a report which will be tabled in this House. That report will look at both scenarios. It will look at protecting and conserving the water towers in this country. I believe the same report will give direction on how to compensate Kenyans. We cannot say we will protect the people of Kirinyaga and Dujis so that we get water at the expense of burning similar poor people whose brothers are in Kirinyaga, Dujis and Nairobi. Today we do not have water in Kiambu and many other places. However, that will not justify destruction and eviction of some Kenyans without compensating them. Members of this House must walk the talk. Protecting and conserving water towers of this nation does not give the Government a license to burn houses and kill and maim innocent women, children and elderly people."
