    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I stand guided. I stand to oppose the Special Motion that seeks to impeach the Deputy President. The Constitution of Kenya, 2010 made the deputy president position elective, not appointive, so that the president and deputy can work together. This is what the people of Kenya voted for in 2010. I believe that when we elect a president and a deputy, we should make every effort to resolve any misunderstanding or differences that may arise between them."
