    "content": "On whether Kenya is a company owned by shareholders, Hon. Rigathi Gachagua is playing with the intelligence of Members of Parliament and Kenyans by attempting to twist facts. First, in law, companies are registered under the Companies Act. They are not registered under the Political Parties Act. To come before Kenyans and say that they were registered coalition agreements and that those coalitions are companies is to play around with our intelligence. We know that companies are registered under the Companies Act. They are not registered under the Political Parties Act."
