    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have understood the disease the hon. Member is talking about but I want to assure him that he should not be worried. It is not a threat- related disease. It is not a disease that poses a big threat to the livestock sector like Rinderpest, PPR and the Rift Valley Fever (RVF) but I can assure you that the research institutions under the Ministry of Livestock Development and the Kenya Agricultural Research Institute (KARI) are handling that emerging disease that comes is transmitted from wildlife to livestock."
