    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Assistant Minister is talking about the wrong disease! The ECF is a known vector-borne disease but what we are talking about is as a result of births by the wildebeest; the placenta and the amniotic fluid, which are the cause of this problem and any cow that grazes on that particular point dies! Could the Assistant Minister undertake research to deal with this disease because that is not the issue? We have vaccines for ECF but there is no particular one for this disease. Could he also compensate the members of the community who have lost their cattle?"
