"content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. I hope I am not out of order. I also just want to add my voice to the sentiments that have been expressed by Hon. (Dr) Oundo. I have three Bills which you are aware of. One is an amendment to the Registration of Persons Act so that we can give national identity cards and voters cards to students while they are still in high school. I do not know where it is. I am still following it up. I have another one on actualising Article 10 of the Constitution within our curriculum under The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
