Otherwise, we need to start calling the governors to appear before this House to explain how they use the money that we give them. There is nothing that stops us from summoning governors. I have seen senators summoning cabinet secretaries on things that are not even within their scope. Going forward, we need to begin summoning governors to appear before us.
