"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. As mama county for Kisii, patients call me asking for wheelchairs to use in hospitals. That work should be done by the governors. I am worried they will not manage the roads. If you see roads that have been done by the Members of Parliament and those that have been done by the governors, they are like day and night. I do not approve of this. We cannot support it because they do not do anything perfectly, from health to providing our mothers with water. Kisii County receives a lot of rainfall but, at the end of the day, women still flock to the springs to collect water.
