Scholars like Anyang' Nyong'o and James Orengo still function because they read books. We have included everything that is needed in the library service. In research, we say the Service will research emerging issues, including climate change and any other current issue. We are also saying developing research database and related services. The database is there. With all the data we are collecting, we should not continue to allow the Government to collect data whenever any Ministry wants to do something."
