"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister for Agriculture the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Why has the Minister not degazetted the illegally appointed Board Members of the Coffee Board of Kenya who were appointed on 3rd October, 2008 in contravention of Section 4(a) of the Coffee Act, 2001 as promised to the House on 5th November, 2008? (b) When will the Minister degazette the appointments and appoint a new Board in compliance with the law? Mr. Speaker, Sir, with your indulgence, I want to confirm that the Minister has consulted with me and the issue has been fixed."
