    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have said categorically that when it comes to my knowledge that any particular officer has overstayed in his or her station, I normally take the necessary steps. However, working in a large Ministry like I do, I am prepared to deal with any cases that may escape my attention. There are some hon. Members of Parliament who have come to me with specific cases which I have dealt with. I urge Mr. Kigen to come to me with specific cases. This is because I do not want to punish or move staff on mere allegation."
