My question is, is there any law preventing either the President or the Deputy President from intervening if they see any failures with the National Intelligence Service (NIS)? Is there any law preventing them from intervening or questioning the National Intelligence Service or is there any law directing them where they should ask these questions? Number two, the lady Hon.
