    "content": "If you look at subsection (9) of the regulations, you will see that a public entity shall, at the close of every financial year, furnish the Commission with a report specifying all the gifts, any gift the entity intends to dispose of and all that. Sub-section (3), of course, talks about the report under paragraph (1) shall be submitted to the Commission within 30 days after the close of the financial year."
