Speaker, many of our athletes are running away from Kenya to go and run for other countries. When you engage most of them, they say that they have been forced out of this country. As a country and as Parliament, let us find a way in which we can allow our talents to take advantage of the resources in our country as opposed to leaving this country and acquiring citizenship elsewhere so that they can earn more resources.
