    "content": "Qualifications of community health workers are clearly shown in the Second Schedule. Whoever wants to be a community health worker must have a certificate in Community Health, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Community HIV Counselling and Testing. At the same time, training is needed because we must build their capacity so that they are relevant. Situations change from time to time, and there are new diseases those days. We know very well that many Kenyans are depressed, and this has affected their blood pressure and blood sugar."
