"content": "Secondly, the issue under Clause 22(2) is that if any person feels aggrieved for being denied registration, the first recourse provided in the Bill is the High Court. Hon. Dr. Pukose is here, and Woud Chief is familiar with health matters. I believe some kind of tribunal must be established under the Health Act or other health-related laws. Can the tribunal be used as a point of recall instead of going straight to the High Court? This will expedite the resolution of the matter. It will also avoid saddling the High Court with so many cases that are of a professional nature."
