We might probably have to find a way of tying this Bill and compelling those workers to be enjoined now in the new infrastructure or health provision architecture, on which he talks about Level I. Is it possible to find a way to compel the county governments to employ those Level I interventions or Level I health people to ensure that they deal with the basic things?
