    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. At the outset, I would like to thank the Hon. Bidu for bringing this matter to the attention of this House and the Committee. This is a matter of public concern where several people are taking insurance coverage but when it comes to compensation, challenges arise. Hon. Deputy Speaker, without pre-empting what the Committee will do, the situation that has happened with Directline Insurance Company Limited is unfortunate and should not have happened in the first place. In any case, there is a Policy Compensation Fund where in the event something happens to an insurance company, whether insolvency or whatever The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
