Let me begin by offering my accolades to the Member for Kiambaa, who has brought this matter before the House. Hon. Kawanjiku, by coming up with this matter, this is what I would call proper oversight by Parliament. Hon. Kawanjiku, you are now in another league. I agree with the Report from the Committee, but I take issue with the recommendations. This is clearly corruption.
